2. Not medical advice

NutriOS does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or emergency support.

The app is not a substitute for a doctor, dietitian, registered nutrition professional, physiotherapist, psychologist, or other qualified healthcare provider. You should not rely on NutriOS to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, injury, medical condition, mental health condition, eating disorder, metabolic disorder, or performance-related condition.

Always seek professional medical advice before making changes to your diet, supplements, medication, training, rehabilitation, or health management plan, especially if you have a medical condition, are pregnant, have diabetes, have cardiovascular disease, have a history of eating disorders, are under clinical care, or experience symptoms.

In an emergency, contact your local emergency services immediately.

3. AI-generated outputs

NutriOS may use artificial intelligence to generate meal suggestions, summaries, recommendations, explanations, scores, or other outputs. AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or unsuitable for your circumstances.

You are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content before relying on it. NutriOS does not guarantee that any AI output is correct, safe, complete, or appropriate for your individual needs.

4. Food allergies and dietary responsibility

NutriOS may allow you to enter food allergies, intolerances, dietary preferences, and medical nutrition requirements. You remain responsible for checking all foods, ingredients, labels, recipes, restaurant meals, supplements, and meal plans before consumption.

NutriOS does not guarantee that meal suggestions, generated recipes, food database entries, or third-party nutrition information are allergen-free, accurate, complete, or safe for you.

If you have a serious allergy, intolerance, metabolic disease, eating disorder, or medically prescribed diet, use NutriOS only with guidance from a qualified healthcare professional.

5. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction, to use NutriOS. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may use NutriOS only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.

By using NutriOS, you confirm that you are legally able to agree to these Terms.

6. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account information up to date.

You must not share your account, impersonate another person, create accounts using false information, interfere with the app, attempt unauthorised access, or use NutriOS for unlawful, harmful, abusive, or fraudulent purposes.

7. Health, fitness, and wearable integrations

NutriOS may allow you to connect Apple Health, HealthKit, WHOOP, or other wearable or health data sources. You control whether these integrations are enabled.

You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the data provided by connected services. NutriOS is not responsible for errors, interruptions, delays, inaccuracies, or changes in third-party wearable, health, or fitness platforms.

You may revoke permissions or disconnect integrations where supported by the app, the third-party service, or your device settings.

8. Subscriptions, trials, and in-app purchases

NutriOS may offer paid subscriptions, free trials, premium features, or in-app purchases.

If you purchase a subscription through the Apple App Store, payment is charged to your Apple ID account. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period, according to Apple's subscription rules.

You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple ID subscription settings. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.

Prices, features, trial availability, and billing periods may change from time to time. Any changes will be handled according to applicable platform rules and law.

Refund requests for App Store purchases are handled by Apple, not NutriOS.

9. Free trials

If NutriOS offers a free trial, the trial terms will be shown at the point of purchase. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription may automatically convert to a paid subscription.

You are responsible for reviewing the trial terms and cancelling in time if you do not wish to continue.

10. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use NutriOS for unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, abusive, or misleading purposes.
• Use NutriOS to provide medical diagnosis or treatment to another person unless you are appropriately qualified and legally authorised to do so.
• Reverse engineer, copy, modify, resell, sublicense, or exploit the app except as permitted by law.
• Interfere with the security, availability, or operation of NutriOS.
• Upload malicious code, attempt unauthorised access, scrape the service, or overload our systems.
• Submit false, harmful, infringing, or unlawful content.
• Use NutriOS in a way that violates these Terms or applicable law.

11. Intellectual property

NutriOS, including its design, software, text, graphics, logos, algorithms, scoring systems, recommendations, and other content, is owned by [INSERT COMPANY NAME] or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use NutriOS for personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.

You do not acquire ownership of NutriOS or any intellectual property rights by using the app.

You may enter or upload information into NutriOS, including profile data, food logs, wellness entries, notes, images, feedback, and other content.

You retain ownership of your user content. You grant NutriOS a limited licence to process, store, display, and use your content as necessary to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the app.

You are responsible for ensuring that your user content is accurate, lawful, and does not infringe the rights of others.

13. Third-party services

NutriOS may integrate with or rely on third-party services, including Apple, Apple Health/HealthKit, WHOOP, RevenueCat, Supabase, AI service providers, analytics providers, nutrition database providers, and other technical or service providers.

NutriOS is not responsible for third-party services, their availability, their data accuracy, their terms, or their privacy practices. Your use of third-party services may be governed by their own terms and policies.

14. Service availability

We aim to provide a reliable service, but NutriOS may be interrupted, unavailable, delayed, changed, or discontinued at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

We may update, modify, suspend, or remove features at any time.

15. Disclaimers

NutriOS is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, non-infringement, reliability, availability, and suitability for your individual health, fitness, nutrition, or medical needs.

We do not guarantee any specific health, fitness, nutrition, performance, weight-loss, metabolic, recovery, or wellness outcome.

16. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NutriOS, [INSERT COMPANY NAME], its owners, directors, employees, contractors, partners, service providers, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, revenue, profits, goodwill, health outcomes, or business opportunities.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date above. Continued use of NutriOS after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

If a change materially affects your rights, we may provide additional notice where required.

20. Governing law
